We are pleased to announce that Eagle Rock Fulfillment is now offering you the ability to access our online inventory management tool to view, ship, or request storage of your allocation.
Our team at Eagle Rock Fulfillment, in conjunction with The Napa Valley Reserve, has created a login for you using the email address that we have on file. Beginning February 24, you may view and ship your wine allocation that is currently being held in our warehouse, on behalf of The Napa Valley Reserve or in your personal “Wine Box”.
Please note, The Napa Valley Reserve will be releasing their 2016 vintage Red Wine and 2018 vintage White wine on February 24, 2019. If your wine is being held in The Napa Valley Reserve’s account at Eagle Rock, please make the necessary shipping or storage arrangements by March 31, 2019. If wine remains in The Napa Valley Reserve’s account after March 31st, The Napa Valley Reserve will bill you directly for storage. If you would like to store your wine with Eagle Rock, simply fill out the form on this page and we will be in touch with you shortly.
