I have been with Eagle Rock for 8 of my 12 years of business, and have loved every minute of it. Having warehoused in other facilities and seeing the difference, my loyalties will always lie with ERF. In the past, at other warehouses, the customer experience was nothing short of awful… rude, inefficient, expensive, and just plain painful. The customer experience at ERF is a breath of fresh air. The warehouse manager, Tony, greets me EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit with a genuine smile, and bends over backwards to make sure I am 100% taken care of, quickly. My main point of contact, Lisa, truly watches my back and works with my systems to ensure that my process is carried out the way I need. Frankly, its a little obnoxious in the best possible way… ERF has a white glove feel to it. Bottom line is that from all the guys in the back to all the ladies in the front, the customer experience is awesome. I have never felt so taken care of anywhere else. They are my warehousing and shipping family, and I love them.
