The warehouse manager, Tony, greets me EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit with a genuine smile, and bends over backwards to make sure I am 100% taken care of, quickly. My main point of contact, Lisa, truly watches my back and works with my systems to ensure that my process is carried out the way I need. Frankly, its a little obnoxious in the best possible way… ERF has a white glove feel to it. Bottom line is that from all the guys in the back to all the ladies in the front, the customer experience is awesome. I have never felt so taken care of anywhere else. They are my warehousing and shipping family, and I love them.
