Theresa Hill is one of our Account Managers, and has been with our team since 2016. Theresa is often the face of our team. A big part of her job is meeting new clients, finding ways to meet their needs and providing the best experience possible. She deals exclusively with high-end clients and is a large part of ensuring clients are happy when they walk out our doors.
Theresa enjoys her job because she is able to work with different people from all over the world and find ways to meet their shipping needs. She feels accomplished when a client walks away feeling confident in the order, shipping, and fulfillment process. Theresa finds that the best part of working for the ERF team is having the opportunity to take care of new clients and meet all of their shipping needs.
Prior to working for ERF, Theresa was in Insurance Sales. Theresa has been able to carry over the ability to work with a variety of personality types, organizational skills as well as the ability to market the correct product to the right person.
When Theresa isn’t working at ERF, she teaches Anger Management classes through the Women Alive program. She enjoys teaching because she is able to work with women who are transitioning from abusive relationships and overcoming addiction. Theresa also works with Wreaths Across America every year to fundraise and to help place wreaths on Veteran’s Graves. Additionally, she is involved in Homeless Outreach and regularly brings food and supplies to people who need it.
Most of Theresa’s spare time is filled with raising her three teenagers. She is a huge gardener and loves being able to grow what she eats! Theresa’s go-to mantras are: “Make it Matter” and “The Journey is Everything.”
